Osiyo Relatives,
Welcome. I’m so glad you’re here.
This guided visualization is designed to bring you back to yourself—to ground you in your own strength, to remind you of the hope that already exists within you, and to help you move forward with clarity and intention.
Hope is not just a feeling; it’s something we nurture, something we embody in the small choices we make every day. But in a world that often demands more from us than it gives back, hope can feel distant—like something we have to chase instead of something we can stand firmly in.
This practice is about reconnecting to that hope in a way that is grounded, loving, and practical. Not bypassing reality, not ignoring what’s hard, but anchoring ourselves in the wisdom, resilience, and possibility that already exist within us.
So, I invite you to take this time for yourself. To slow down. To breathe. To listen.
Let’s begin.

A Daily Reminder: Ground Yourself, Honor Your Water, Restore Your Presence
Colleagues, before you rush into the day, take a moment. Ground yourself. Breathe deeply. And drink your water.
But don’t just drink it—bless it.
We have a sacred relationship with water. It nourishes, cleanses, and sustains us. Before you take a sip, ask yourself: How will I speak blessings into my water today?
For some, this might sound mystical. But for Indigenous peoples, this is simply living in respect with Mother Earth—honoring the life in all she gives us:
Earth, which holds us steady.
Air, which fills our lungs.
Fire, which fuels our spirit.
Water, which carries wisdom and memory.
And we acknowledge the wisdom of our siblings from Ancient Asian traditions, who remind us of metal and ether—the unseen forces of resilience and connection.
Building self-trust starts with honoring yourself.
When you do, you show up in restored presence with others.
So today, as you drink your water, ground yourself in this moment. Speak into it what you need—clarity, healing, peace, strength. Let it nourish not just your body, but your soul.
How will you honor yourself today?
