As a young girl, I was taught—like so many of us—that my decisions would always be questioned. That no matter how thoughtful, strategic, or aligned I was, someone would find a way to doubt me, correct me, or challenge what I knew to be true.
It started small.
“Are you sure that’s the right choice?”
“You might regret that later.”
“That’s not how things are done.”
And over time, it didn’t just come from the outside. It became internal.
As I grew into a woman, I carried the weight of decisions that felt like a battleground. Not because I didn’t know what to do—but because the conditioning of ‘you are not enough’ had already set in.
We don’t just question our decisions—we question ourselves.
And even when we prove, over and over again, that we are capable, strategic, and strong—the world still demands more proof.
It is in everything we see, everything we do.
It is in the moments when our expertise is questioned, even when we’ve been right.
It is in the hesitations, the second-guessing, the “let me just run this by someone first.”
It is in the way we shrink ourselves before we’ve even spoken.
And if you have been surrounded by this long enough, it becomes part of your cellular structure.
We don’t even realize how deep it goes—because we’ve been conditioned not to look at it.
We tell ourselves, “I’ve already worked through this.”
We say, “I’m confident. I trust myself.”
But then—
We wait.
We hesitate.
We doubt.
And we don’t move the way we KNOW we were meant to move.
And I refuse to let another woman keep carrying this default voice inside her.
This is why I created the Decision-Making Quest.
Because this is not just about choices. It is about eradicating every layer of hesitation, conditioning, and inherited self-doubt that has shaped how you move through this world.
And it doesn’t happen in one breakthrough. It happens when you have a structured, strategic way of unlearning—and rebuilding from a place of power.
March is the next round. If you are done carrying the weight of hesitation and ready to move with unshakable trust in yourself—join us.
And because I know how deeply this conditioning runs, I’m doing something different this time.
Over the next few weeks, I’ll be sharing a powerful series on decision-making—one that will challenge the way you think, expose the hidden patterns shaping your choices, and give you some of the tools to break free from hesitation for good.
If you’ve ever second-guessed yourself, felt pressure to prove your decisions, or wondered why some choices feel like a gut punch instead of a breath of fresh air—this series is for you.
First post drops soon. Stay tuned.
